Note:

• If the radiator cap fails to pass the test, it won’t be able to release pressure when it exceeds the threshold value.
• A faulty thermostat cannot regulate the coolant flow effectively, leading to a continuous increase in radiator pressure.
• If the radiator fan fails to turn on, it can cause the water tank to overheat.
• After installing the product onto your vehicle and adding coolant, secure the rotary cover and let your vehicle idle for 10-20 minutes. Once the coolant has fully cooled, remove the cover and add additional coolant, ensuring that there is no trapped air in the system.
• Before starting your vehicle, ensure that the radiator contains an adequate level of coolant.

There are 2 types of installation methods for the Fast connector:

• Remove the original mounting, insert the tube, and tighten the nut at the end of the tube.
• The nut at the end of the tube is not required, so move it away from the tip. Then, insert the tube into the mount and push it down to the bottom. The snap spring on the mount will hold the tube securely in place.
